Open Organization settings
Click Organization settings in the top navigation.
Update Basic Info
Open Basic Info. Here's what you can update.
| Organization name | The name of your design company. |

| Organization time zone | The time zone used by your organization. |
Save your changes
Review the information, then save your changes.
Add your Design Partner details in Additional info management
As a Design Partner, you'll also need to register your partner details under Organization settings → Additional info management. Whatever you submit here goes through admin review before it's approved.
| Available design tools | Select all the CAD tools you're able to work with (3shape, exocad). |

| Monthly capacity | Enter how many units your team can complete per month. |
| Career start year/month | Enter when your team started working in dental design, in YYYY.MM format. If you're not sure of the exact month, feel free to enter just the year. |
| Asking prices | All prices are fixed in USD. Please enter your desired price for each item. Not quite ready to submit? Click Save draft to save your progress. Ready for review? Click Submit for review, and our team will review your submission before approving it. |
FAQ
If I change our organization name, will it affect our existing design requests?
Not at all — updating your organization name only changes how it's displayed. All of your existing design requests and records stay safely connected to your organization.
Can I edit my additional info after it's approved?
Yes, you can update it anytime. Just keep in mind that any changes will need to go through admin review again before they're reflected as approved.
Can I update my asking prices later?
Yes — you can update them anytime in Additional info management, then submit again for review.
