Back to GuidesNeed a teammate to collaborate on a specific request, or want to give them access? You can add them as a participant. When their access is no longer needed, you can remove them the same way.
Open the design request details
Go to Design Requests and select the request you'd like to manage, then open its details page.
Open Participants
Go to Participants on the design request details page.
Search for a team member
Search using their name, user ID, or email address, then select the teammate you'd like to add.
Add the participant
Complete the participant registration to give them access.
The added team member will be able to access the request according to their permissions within the organization.
Remove a team member
If a teammate no longer needs access, return to Participants on the request details page, select the member, and complete the removal.
They'll no longer be able to access the design request.

Can a teammate added as a participant also request rework?
That depends on the permission level assigned to them — please check with your organization admin if you're not sure.
