Go to the sign-up page
Click Sign in on the viahlink.com website.
Already have an account? Just enter your email and password to sign in.
Don't have one yet? Click Create a partner account at the bottom of the page.
Select your partner type
Please select the partner type that best matches your purpose for using viahlink.com. If you use design outsourcing services, select Dental Clinic or Dental Lab. If you provide design services, select Design Partner.
Enter your account information
We'll need a few details to set up your account.
| Enter the email address you'd like to use for your account. Please double-check it before continuing — email addresses currently can't be changed after sign-up. | |

| Password / Confirm password | Create a password with at least 8 characters, then enter it once more to confirm. |
| Name | Enter your full name. |
| Phone number | Select your country code and enter your phone number. viahlink.com currently supports phone numbers from the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. If your country isn't listed, please reach out to Support — we're happy to help. |
| Organization name | Enter the name of your dental clinic or lab. Joining a team that's already on viahlink.com? You can request an invitation from your organization admin right after you sign up. |
Create your account
Take a moment to review the information you entered, then click Create account.
That's it — your viahlink.com account is ready to go!
FAQ
Can I change my email address after signing up?
Not at the moment — email addresses can't be changed after registration, so please make sure yours is entered correctly before creating your account.
My country code isn't listed. What should I do?
Just let us know which country you're registering from, and our Support team will be happy to help.
A teammate at my clinic or lab already has an account. Do I still need to sign up separately?
Yes — each team member needs their own individual viahlink.com account. Go ahead and sign up on your own, then ask your organization admin to send you an invitation so you can join the existing team.
